Sales Derv Up A Record

February might be a quiet time for new car sales, but it proved to be another record month. Overall figures were up 3.8 per cent on the previous year to 91,460. The popularity of diesels remains high, with oil-burner sales up by a fifth - taking 29.8 per cent of the market.
