Myth Proves A Hit In Volvo Ads

If you're mystified by Volvo's S40 adverts - which claim 32 people from one town ordered the car on the same day - there is more confusion in store. Ads for the V50 estate begin next month and are set to be equally challenging.

The hoax S40 campaign was thought up by the car firm and director Spike Jonze. A Volvo spokesman told us: "We haven't had such interest in one of our ads for ages."
