Reminder: Must Sort Out State Of Roads

A brain-storming session between the Highways Agency, RAC plus road-building and telecoms experts identified the 'intelligent' fridge magnet as the sort of gizmo they would like to see help drivers beat jams. But they warned that the Government must start working with car makers and the communications industry to better inform drivers soon, or it will be too late.
