Driver Power Survey

Week two of our survey results concerns dealers. Nearly 40,000 of you rated your local main agent, naming the best and shaming the rest.

01st April 2004

Whether a dealer visit fills you with dread or happiness, one thing's for sure - you all have an opinion. In this week's Driver Power 2004 coverage, we focus on the people we trust to repair our cars. We asked you to rate your agent for helpfulness, cleanliness, workmanship and technical knowledge to establish the effectiveness of their aftersales service.

Thanks to your 37,000 completed questionnaires, we've produced a comprehensive league table, with slick, professional operations at the top and rude, inefficient ones at the bottom. We are also revealing our findings on a wide range of motoring subjects, from your pet hates to getting caught by a speed camera. Ignore it at your peril!
