Tourism Takes Its Toll

Britain's newest toll road isn't in a busy city - it's a dead-end countryside road! This year Derbyshire County Council wants to control the two million visitors to the Lady-bower and Derwent reservoirs by charging motorists to use Derwent Lane, a cul-de-sac off the A57.
