New Caddie Sounds Good

In issue 800, we revealed how Cadillac has grand plans to sell more cars in the UK - but it's doubtful that thenew STS will be one of them. The STS is based on the same platform as the CTS and comes with a 4.6 V8 or 3.6-litre V6 engine. There's also a host of hi-tech extras, including remote start and adaptive cruise control.

The car also offers one of the industry's first standard-fit surround sound stereo systems, built by audio expert Bose. While the STS is due to be launched in the US in the autumn, don't expect to see too many on British roads, as only left-hand-drive cars will be built.
