Fine U-turns Go Into Overdrive

More than two-thirds of parking tickets challenged by drivers are overturned - and in many cases it's because local councils simply don't bother to defend them. Figures published next month by the National Parking Adjudication Service reveal that 67 per cent of fines are revoked.
