No, it's not another Gatso being vandalised - this woman is tying black ribbons to the speed camera as a mark of respect. It's part of a road safety initiative in West Yorkshire, with one ribbon for every person killed.

"We've gone to accident hot spots during rush hour, handed out flyers to drivers and put up signs at the side of the road. And we've had a very good public response," said a spokesman for the West Yorkshire Casualty Reduction Partnership.
