GM Recall Epidemic

Does a vehicle recall affect sales of other models by the same manufacturer? That's the question US GM bosses are asking - they've just launched their 19th recall this year, affecting 7.5million cars. "We don't like the image it presents," admitted worried chief financial officer John Devine.
