A Brit is hoping to cruise into the record books with the world's most economical car. Andy Green, from the University of Bath, is entering his 6,000mpg Team Green three-wheeler in the Shell Eco-Marathon in France later this month. The 34cc motor is three metres long with room for only the driver.
