The 9-7X SUV isn't at the NEC as Saab's Swedish bosses said 'nej' to it appearing. Despite a plea from UK top brass, plans to air-freight the prototype from the US were vetoed. The 9-7X will be sold in Europe, but a right-hand-drive model is a distant prospect and the firm was worried about creating UK demand.
