It's The Limit - But Which One Is Right?

Look closely at this picture, taken in Amington, Staffs. How fast would you go? It was spotted by driving instructor Steve Sanders of nearby Tamworth. He said: "I use this road every day and it just appeared. It's a 30mph limit and both signs said 30. Then one day one of them said 40. I found it funny at first, but really it's not. People will be confused."
