A scooter rider with a tax disc 17 years out of date faces paying the entire amount of unpaid duty and a fine after being caught by Aberdeen police. The 37-year-old unnamed man, who wasn't insured either, was stopped because his purple disc appeared to be the wrong shade for a current licence.
