Girls-only Cover Safe

Plans by the European Union to end women-only insurance have been rejected by members. The idea was proposed by Anna Diamantopolou, the EU's social affairs commissioner, who suggested it was discriminatory. An insurance industry spokesman said: "We welcome this rejection of the proposed ban."
