Trike's Youth Appeal

TV presenter Noel Edmonds has launched a new three-wheeled plastic microcar which can be driven by 16-year-olds. Called the Qpod, it resembles a quad bike with a roof, and can hit 30mph. It's priced ΂£3,000, but as it's classed as a tricycle, under-17s can use it.
