Dealer speak has been banned... by Network Q at least. The Vauxhall retailer polled more than 2,000 customers and found most rated the use of terms like ESR (electric sunroof), ICE (in-car entertainment) and PAS (power-assisted steering) as the most frustrating part of buying a car.
