New Fines For Foreigners

Law-breaking foreign motorists could face on-the-spot fines if new rules get the green light. Under Government proposals, hauliers and bus drivers from overseas would be fined for committing offences in the UK. The penalties would close a loophole that sees many escape unpunished.
