Parkers' 'Fees' Pay Off

Most honesty boxes for parking fees are likely to be empty - but not so in Masham, North Yorkshire. More than ΂£3,500 has been raised in donations since the spring, and now the local council has vowed to give the cash back to drivers by re-surfacing the town's marketplace.
