A thinly disguised version of Kia's new Rio will be unveiled later this week at the Paris Motor Show.

The news comes as the firm revealed it's already passed last year's UK sales total of 21,177. This is all the more impressive given last year's record-breaking figure was 71 per cent better than in 2002.
The first pictures of the Rio will be in next week's magazine. The production version will be unveiled at the Geneva expo in March.
