Three-quarters of drivers admit they don't know the rules of the road, according to a survey by the Institute of Advanced Motorists. As a result, the group has launched an interactive CD-ROM of the Highway Code to raise standards. The disc costs ΂£6.99, and can be ordered by calling 020 8996 9600.
