£60m Show Jackpot

There's a fortune at stake for the three venues vying to host the 2006 British Motor Show. According to Heart of England Tourism, spending linked to the Birmingham NEC event this year netted the region ΂£60million. As we reported last week, London exhibition centres ExCeL and Earls Court are up against the NEC this time around.
