Driving Ban 'Inevitable'

The average motorist can expect three driving bans during their career behind the wheel, according to a top statistician. Professor Rose Baker of Salford University, Manchester, reckons there are now enough speed cameras to make it inevitable that people will get, on average, a ban every 15 years.
