Controversial chief constable of North Wales, Richard Brunstrom, has fired another blast at speed limits. "If a limit is bonkers we're less likely to stick to it, so we need a national reform," he said. "We must have some credibility in the public mind and be engaged in an ongoing debate with the Government."
