Winter Check Warning

A shocking 1.8million motorists fail to carry out even basic safety checks ahead of winter, according to a survey by tyre and exhaust specialist Kwik-Fit. It claims rubber condition is ignored by 6.9million drivers ahead of the cold snap, while brakes aren't checked by 11.7million.
