'Lazy' Drivers Blasted

Most drivers could pass their test again if they had to - but people are too lazy to do what's correct behind the wheel. That's the view of Keith Cameron, head of road safety at learner organisation BSM. "Proposals for regular retesting miss the point. People can drive well, they simply can't be bothered," he said.
