MPs Talk More Tolls

Should all roads be tolled? The controversial idea is being examined in Parliament this week by the influential Transport Committee. It's looking at plans from ministers to change the way we pay to drive. Expert witnesses will give evidence about the likely impact of pence-per-mile motoring, more congestion charging and fees for HGVs.
