Let Trains Take Delivery Strain

It's not often manufacturers want to take their vehicles off the road, but soon they might have to. Firms are under pressure to deliver cars on trains instead of transporters.

European governments want to reduce HGV journeys' contribution to congestion - and makers acknowledge they have to act. Using the road network is currently cheaper, but rising fuel costs and tolls are forcing them to investigate other avenues.
