Shock Drop In Crime

Theft of and from cars fell last year, according to the Government. The British Crime Survey said that vehicle-related offences were reduced by 14 per cent in the 12 months to September. The report was backed up by police figures for July to September, which said there was a 17 per cent drop on the same period in 2003.
