IAM President Quits

The Duke of Gloucester, a cousin of The Queen, has stepped down as president of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) following a ban for speeding. In December, he was caught at 70mph in a 60mph zone - his fourth endorsement in four years. A spokesman for the IAM said: "The Duke's decision is received with regret."
