Dealers To Come Clean

Car dealers could soon be legally required to reveal every aspect of a vehicle's history before it's sold. Currently, salesmen are only obliged to answer customer questions. But new EU proposals would make them duty-bound to talk without prompting about previous accident damage or who owned the car.
