Buyers Missing Out On Bargains

Failing to haggle when buying a new car will cost UK motorists ΂£490million in the next five months, it's been claimed. Only 51 per cent of people will bargain 'hard' or 'very hard', while 29 per cent said they wouldn't at all. The survey by Sainsbury's Bank found that with 377,000 sales due by July, average overspend will be ΂£1,300 per person.
