Boffins Going Green

British universities are to take a key role in the ΂£1.9million development of a revolutionary engine design. Institutions at Brighton and Brunel, London, are part of a consortium behind the 2/4SIGHT- a switchable two/four-stroke unit which promises to deliver 30 per cent fuel savings as well as low carbon dioxide emissions.
