It's catching on! Last autumn, we reported how anyone buying a used car in the West Midlands was told to take a photo of the seller before handing over their cash. Now, Norfolk Police are advising people to do the same. Officers believe it will help crack down on the number of thieves selling stolen or cloned motors.
