New Car CO2 Emissions Continue To Fall

The latest SMMT CO2 report shows a continued downward trend in new car carbon emissions.

The 2004 data shows another year-on-year reduction, with a total 9.7 per cent drop from 1997 levels. The largest decline has come in the MPV and 4x4 segments, down 19.4 and 14.6 per cent in eight years respectively.
