More Fuel Protests On Horizon?

Whichever party wins the election, it had better watch out for this man! Brynle Williams (image) has gone head-to-head with the Government before on fuel prices, and he's predicting people will be taking to the streets again.

20th April 2005

In 2000, the farmer from Mold, Flintshire, picketed an oil refinery to protest about the cost of petrol, sparking similar actions nationwide.

Williams warned: "I'm asking myself 'When will it all kick off?' If the prices don't go down, I think the protests will start again."

Meanwhile bargain fuel search engine www.find cheappetrol.com has an online petition calling on all the parties to reduce fuel duty.
