It's H To Go For Clean Buses

Will this be Britain's quietest filling station? The BP site has opened in Hornchurch, Essex - but it's only for three vehicles!

That's because the pumps deliver hydrogen, and the machines using them are a trio of London buses. Currently on reliability trials, they can do 120 miles between fill-ups. "This will tell us how we can make hydrogen available at accessible locations," said a spokeswoman.
