Teen Clampdown Call

Restrictions are needed to curb the enthusiasm of teenage drivers. That's the view of road safety charity Brake. It claims more than two-thirds of motorists back curfews on night driving, plus compulsory P-plates and limited passenger numbers on the newly qualified. Brake says Home Office figures show that under-20s account for one in four convictions for deaths by dangerous driving.
