'Safe' Drivers Won't Belt Up

Eleven per cent of British motorists think wearing a seatbelt isn't necessary if they drive carefully. The frightening statistic is contained in a new European traffic risk report. The Cypriots are the worst offenders, with 34 per cent not belting up.
