It's all talk in York

Councillors in one of the oldest cities in Britain are using people power to decide how to spend their ΂£24million transport budget. Members of York City Council will be meeting with the public throughout the autumn to find out what they think of proposed methods for dealing with congestion. Among the ideas currently under consideration are an improved outer ring road, greener public transport and an extended cycle network.
