51 NGH is king

They were talking big numbers at the DVLA's 100th auction of personalised number plates last week, after the UK record for the most money paid for one was smashed.

The registration 51 NGH went for an eye-watering £254,000 to an anonymous buyer, smashing the previous high, £231,000, paid for K1 NGS in 1991.
