Celebs team up to KO crooks

Michael Caine, David Beckham and Lily Savage are among the celebrity voices warning motorists to hide their valuables when they park in a new anti-theft initiative.

Pay and display machines in Sheffield feature the recordings as part of South Yorkshire Police's move to cut break-ins. Superintendent Mick Webster said: "People take note of the stars' messages." Caine tells parkers: "Blow the blinkin' doors off? There's no need, they'll just smash the glass!"
