The American Speedway set offers a 5.8-metre figure-of-eight layout and two detailed cars for £175.99.
Aside from the fact this is analogue, the main difference between it and the NDigital set is that there are fewer pieces, so it takes half the time to build, although the barriers are still tricky to put together.
The track can also be laid out as a NASCAR oval and can accommodate cars from 1:24 to 1:43 scale. However, its main rival the SCX C3 Paul Ricard is cheaper and more rewarding.
