They’re getting roofless with the MINI Convertible! Here’s the all-new drop-top being put through its paces.

Our spies caught the car with its lid down for the first time, but it has not lost the bulky design of the outgoing model. When it arrives next year, rearward visibility will be restricted by the cloth roof and rollover bars. Examiners banned the current version from driving tests due to the restricted rear view with the hood up.
