Chinese manufacturer Roewe have begun developing a new five-seater MPV with the European market in mind. And we have exclusive spy-shots of the early stages of testing.
Although the pictures were taken at the GM facilitiy in Michigan, the Asian company co-operate with the American firm in terms of development and the wheels on the car have been clearly identified as Roewes.
The MPV shown here is in the early stages of development, but the final version is going based on a European design, which Roewe hope will compete with the Mazda 5, VW Touran and Opel Zafira.
Currently any details regarding dates and specifications are unknown as the whole project is being kept very secretive. But it is rumoured the car may have its official presentation at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show.
