Nissan Note Running Costs
Overall Average Rating: 83.82%
Position in the Top 100 cars: 75th
There's good news and bad news if you’re planning to buy a Note.
Owners told us that in terms of running costs and practicality the supermini-MPV does a great job.
But if its long-distance comfort you’re after, the Nissan is best avoided, as it’s the single most disappointing car in this area in this year’s survey.
Manufacturer Verdict (Position: 26th)
No change for Nissan, which is 26th for the second year running. Given how many SUVs it builds, a mid-table running costs result is superb. But it needs to improve in all areas to shift up the chart.

Fantastic car for OAPs. Easy to get in and out of and very good all round visibility. Very economical on fuel. Very versatile interior dead reliable and only requires servicing every 2 years on the milage I now do. Best of all made in England.

A very versatile and practical car, easy to drive, very roomy and economical on fuel. Low speed ride poor eg over speed humps and road imperfections but happy on motorways where it is very stable. It has been very reliable.

Fantastic engine. 1600 twin cam. Very flexible and unbelievable economy. 50+ MPG on a long run. Versatile interior with lots of space. Seats not as comfortable as my last car (Mercedes) but you can't have everything.

A very reliable car that has met all my requirements. I have no idea about the MPG for the car as I consider that as I have to go from A to B the car needs fuel and I simply fill the tank when it is empty.

Exactly the right car for me. Best part is the inside which is cleverly designed to be roomy within a relatively small size. Also it is very economical.

Economic to run, plenty of space front and rear, good visibility and easy to drive. Instrumentation and layout of controls could be better.
