Looks like a smaller version of the Murano MK2 with a few tweaks!
Really disappointed that Nissan aren't going to be producing a +2 version. I love my present Qashqai +2 It's got a large boot and extra seating for when we need it and more of an SUV look about it. I didn't like the look of the standard model as it looked to Dinky car for my taste. There are some nice looking estate cars these days so will probably go for something like the Vauxhall Insignia instead.
Another Nissan for the "school run mums" to look smug in.
No pressing urge to change from my excellent 2007 2.0L Petrol Dualis....yetI could be interested in a `2.0L Clean Diesel` +2 version...
Low maintenance AWD.
The New X-Trail Hybrid seems interesting. MPG?
I am dissapointed... I don't like the design of rear lights... they look too much like a Renault.... bleah... lack of inspiration.
God the styling is bland. Could it be a Ford, a Mitsubishi, a Renault.....whatever it is it's clearly not German. When the Japanese cotton on that 'premium' results from 'dense', detail design they will eventually, in Europe at least, beat the German Three and VW. Until then I guess it'll sell 'cos it's cheaper than a VW and is reliable. Where's the aspirational design Nissan ??
The 1.5 litre dci was always underpowered and rough. It will take more than a TWEAK to improve it.
The new X-Trail is the answer for you.
I was pretty cynical until I hired one of the current models in Spain last week. I was very impressed - well put together, reasonably quiet and comfortable ride despite decent handling. Only 2 things I didn't like were the seats (backs not tall enough and poor lateral support) and the tendency of the front wheels to lose traction under acceleration. I agree that the new model's styling is very 'me too', which is a shame.
Way ahead of the KIA Sportage which I thought until recently was pretty good. Interior quality looks like Audi. Well done Nissan.
More than 70% of current quad quote are sold through the notability scheme. This should do just as we'll! Bland, shiny, got Lecky windows etc, probably be nil advance....form an orderly queue!
look at the 1.6 dci
