Great design let down by poor reliability and main dealer service. the car itself is brilliant - great engine, roominess, small size, safety are all great. Bur reliability has been poor - water pump leaked, head gasket needed replacing - took nearly three weeks. then the clutch went at 19,000 miles. And other problems - stiff ignition switch, creek from steering column - unfixed.

The car started to show its age very early. It took the main dealer over a week a fix a simple alternator fault, stone chips rusted within days, and the thin windscreen cracked three times in 12 months.

On top of that, the Peugeot dealer was eye-wateringly expensive for servicing, and the tyres wore out very early (less than 12,000 miles).

Although only used about town and for very low mileages so far it hasn't let me down. A first service at ł160 was a bit steep as it was based on 12 months rather than 'condition based'. such a low milage car should be able to go 2 years before a servcie is needed.

The car is riddled with major design faults, blind spots galore! Servicing is 110% more at the dealership than generic dealers and parts are not as cost effective as I thought they would be, peugeot car but toyota engine inside, still expensive!

It's only just over a year old but I have had no reason to doubt it's reliability in any sense. It'fuel consumption seems good for around town, road tax good and managed to get a good insurance rate..can't really comment on spare parts yet.

The Peugeot 107 has fair potential, but of the dealers I have had contact with was very pricey, wanting £355 for an oil change, another couldn't fix air-con /heater faults-interlinked-despite 3 visits------tried hard but not gifted.

Mostly works, occasional problems with starting during the cold. does have a bad case of condensation too. Costs less than ł50 to fill every six weeks.

No major problems, only general wear & tear, replaced tyres & back box of exhaust. Have replaced tyres & exhaust, which were reasonably priced.
