Great design let down by poor reliability and main dealer service. the car itself is brilliant - great engine, roominess, small size, safety are all great. Bur reliability has been poor - water pump leaked, head gasket needed replacing - took nearly three weeks. then the clutch went at 19,000 miles. And other problems - stiff ignition switch, creek from steering column - unfixed.

The car started to show its age very early. It took the main dealer over a week a fix a simple alternator fault, stone chips rusted within days, and the thin windscreen cracked three times in 12 months.

On top of that, the Peugeot dealer was eye-wateringly expensive for servicing, and the tyres wore out very early (less than 12,000 miles).

The Peugeot 107 has fair potential, but of the dealers I have had contact with was very pricey, wanting £355 for an oil change, another couldn't fix air-con /heater faults-interlinked-despite 3 visits------tried hard but not gifted.
