the box is an absolute classic to drive
Routine servicing as expected pretty reasonable
but additional maintenance work has been a bit of a shocker and been the most difficult thing to swallow. Hence why I've still got it, after spending so much can't bear to part with it.
new clutch, new oil seals. and a split cooling expansion tank induction coils to name few. I now it will be a well serviced specimen if I ever decide to part with it.
If i ever buy porsche again, i'll buy new, not get attached to it and return it prior to it hitting mid life.

A sheer pleasure to drive and a blast when you get to the open road. Truly excellent road holding and excellent acceleration when you need it. The car gives a great sense of confidence in its ability to be driven to its potential. It may seem a contradiction but one would have to work very hard to achieve the published mpg. Handling in anything but slight snow is poor.

Good practical convertible, with 2 boots, good average economy, fun to drive and own, have to buy the S model, with a good spec, otherwise can be a bit too basic, same with most manufactures these days.....
