Hands-free Kits

Hands-free kits

June 2006

Be honest... that hands-free earpiece makes you look like an extra from Star Trek or a Secret Service Agent, doesn’t it? So why not try a fitted kit? You’ll have no messy cables, and better reception makes talking to callers in the car less of a strain.

We tried eight, all using Blue-tooth wireless technology, doing away with the need for a cradle. Installation is a DIY job, or a specialist will do it for around £70. All the systems connected to the ICE deck to mute the sound when necessary, but a link to put calls through the speakers is better.
