If price is an issue, the RAC400 Portable Mini Air Compressor With Light will appeal, as it’s the cheapest product on test by £5. Its analogue gauge was spot-on at 20psi, but it read 3psi too high at 30psi. Pump power was average, yet strangely we were unable to use the light while the compressor was working. With no case or even cubby space, the hose and wiring would soon be tangled in the boot and the adaptors lost.
